Rental Policies

Protech Realty strives to find quality tenants for our clients' properties; therefore each adult desiring to rent or live in one of our homes must complete a rental application, pay a $25 non-refundable application fee and allow a credit, criminal, income and rental history background check.

We can usually process your application in one or two business days. Please note that security deposits are only refundable upon completion of a lease, if the property is not damaged and tenants do not have an account balance.
